BIO

Samantha Schanta, Esq. is a trial lawyer at Padilla Law Group. Her practice is focused on the area of personal injury law, and she represents victims injured as a result of automobile accidents, dog bites, slip and falls, premises liability, and general negligence.

Ms. Schanta has extensive experience in the areas motor vehicle liability and no-fault law. Prior to joining Padilla Law Group, Ms. Schanta represented a variety insurers, corporations, and individuals in first-party no-fault claims, third-party automobile negligence actions, and uninsured and underinsured motorist claims.

Ms. Schanta was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in 2010. She is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, she is also a member of the Michigan Association for Justice (MAJ).
